MPDS provides professional documentation assistance services. Service fees are agreed in writing (or on WhatsApp) at the start of the engagement.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if work has not commenced and no documentation processing has begun. Once application drafting, document review or council submissions have started, fees are generally non-refundable.

Council Outcomes

Service fees are charged for documentation assistance only. Council decisions, delays or rejections do not qualify as a basis for refund, since final decisions rest entirely with the respective councils.

How to Request

Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to our official number along with engagement details. We aim to respond to all refund queries within 7 business days.
